Marketing material about the Grundfos Hydrogen Sulphide Solution

When Grundfos needed to develop marketing material in Danish and English for a technically advanced sewage solution, I contributed as a copywriter, translator, and proofreader. When I joined the project, a good deal of material was already in development; I therefore proofread a booklet and the on-screen text and voiceover content for an animated film. After this, I wrote a case story, a brochure, and a number of web texts in Danish and translated the booklet, the brochure, the case story, a presentation, and the web content into English. The materials communicated the benefits of the Grundfos Hydrogen Sulphide Solution which combats hydrogen sulphide (H2S) issues efficiently and cost-effectively through adaptive chemical dosing.

Throughout the project, I worked closely with Grundfos and with the external design and marketing agency in charge of much of the graphic design and for developing the animated film. It was particularly important to ensure consistent tonality and messaging across all of the materials, no matter where they had been developed.

After the project, I wrote an article for danskVand, the member magazine of DANVA (the association of Danish water utilities), describing the outcome of an investigation into H2S issues in Denmark carried out by Grundfos and DANVA.
