Case study on CO2 refrigeration at Danish organic food company
- Relevant reading for refrigeration technicians and companies
Client: Danfoss Cooling
Time: 2018
Service: copywriting in Danish and translation into English
When Danish organic food company Aarstiderne needed to expand the refrigeration systems at its site in Barritskov, Denmark, they chose a CO2 refrigeration solution from Danfoss. I wrote a case study about the project based on my own interviews with Aarstiderne COO/CFO Thomas Slott as well as the owner of the installation company.
The text illustrated that caring for our climate and the environment is definitely compatible with growth ambitions, which was a very important point for Aarstiderne and Danfoss alike. I edited the text based on input and comments from all stakeholders until a final version was ready. Once the final case study had been approved, I translated it into English and edited it for use abroad.
- Refrigeration is a complex matter, but Rasmus was quick to grasp the subject and as a result asked the right questions with all involved parties, says Dorthe Borup Sindberg, Marketing Communications Director at Danfoss Cooling. – The result was a case study that makes for relevant reading for refrigeration technicians as well as companies looking for more climate friendly refrigeration solutions. Working with Rasmus was a very positive experience, and we have received positive feedback on the story. As a result, we have subsequently continued the good collaboration with Rasmus.
